Three things true of every migration
- Subscriptions never transfer between processors. Every customer re-consents; plan for churn.
- Leaving a merchant of record (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad) makes you the seller for tax; Whop's 2% managed service handles collection and, in the US, EU and UK, remittance.
